Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

This website does not use advertising cookies. It measures audience with Umami, a cookie-free analytics service that counts page views, countries, traffic sources and key actions (such as a mapping request or a booking) without identifying you personally. Beyond that, we only receive the data you give us when you book a call through the embedded Calendly calendar (name, email address, company and any answers you provide), when you request a free distributor mapping (target country, product, company website, first name, work email and, optionally, phone number) or when you write to us.

Why we use it

To answer your request, run the call you booked and follow up on it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or your consent where you give it.

Who receives it

Calendly processes booking data on our behalf and may set its own cookies when the calendar loads. See Calendly's privacy policy for details. Our host, Netlify, receives mapping requests submitted through the form. Emails are sent from idriss@industrialrfq.com. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request, and for up to 3 years after our last contact.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, and object to its use, by writing to idriss@industrialrfq.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
